A wellness program does not need to be large to be useful. The most effective ones begin with a clear goal and a simple plan that people can actually use.
Ask employees what would help them most. A short, anonymous survey is often enough to show whether the priority is health check-ups, stress and mental wellbeing, nutrition, fitness or work-life balance.
Programs last longer when managers take part and encourage their teams to do the same.
Track participation and gather feedback every few months. Keep what works and change what does not.
Wellness programs are offered through our group company Indidoc. This article is general information and not medical advice. Contact us to discuss a program for your organisation.
